How to Keep 2017 Chevy Spark Battery From Dying While Flat Towing

I have a 2017 Chevy Spark that I’m towing. When I connect my Patriot 3 it sucks the battery down. How can I alleviate this?

Expert Reply:
You, my friend, need the Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-156-25. This connects the battery on your 2017 Chevy Spark to the umbilical at the front of your vehicle so you'll pull 12V power from your motorhome to keep the battery charged.
If you don't have a 6-Way on your Chevy Spark then you can upgrade your wiring with the Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-146-7. Attached is a photo of the pinout for the 6-Way socket.
