The Pro Series Installation Kit # 50043-6008 that you referenced was the original kit made for the 1999 - 2004 Ford F-250 series trucks.
The Reese Installation Kit # RP50082-58 was the next generation kit that fit not only 2005 and newer but also was also designed to work with trucks going back to 1999.
The main difference between the kits is that the Pro Series kit involves drilling in your truck frame whereas the Reese kit does not.
To verify that these kits will work with your RBW 15K Lil Rocker, compare your mounting points to the rails in the pictures. I have the distances noted to make your verification easier. The last verification point is to measure the mounting tabs of the legs of your hitch and compare them to the picture.
