Is there a place to add a lock to this brake actuator ?

For a Demco EZ latch coupler actuator like the part # DM62VR you referenced we have the etrailer pin lock part # e98887 which would work great. This pin installs in the hole between the latch and where it attaches to the ball.

The Demco Hydraulic Brake Actuator w/ Electric Lockout #DM62VR does not hold residual pressure in the brake line when the surge brake is not being pressed. This will allow you to use it with the Kodiak disc brakes on your trailer.

I went to our warehouse and pulled one of the Kodiak Disc Brake Kits, part #K2R35D. I took some measurements and noted them on the attached photo you can check out. The mounting holes at the top of the bracket measure 6 inches center to center.

The 4 bolts that the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit #K2R35D that you referenced comes with are for securing the calipers to the included mounting brackets. It does not come with hardware to secure the bracket to your brake flange.
