In order to choose the correct disc brake conversion kit for a 2018 Jayco Seismic 5W Toy Hauler, you'll need to know your axle capacity. This can be found easiest on the axle tag which requires crawling under the trailer. I looked up some of the different floorplans and would estimate that you have 7,000 lb axles, in which case the HydraStar Disc Brake Kit w/ Actuator for Triple Axle Trailers part # HSE7K-TR1 is what I recommend for a complete kit. It comes with everything you need; actuator, rotors/hubs, calipers, brackets and all the other smaller items like bearings and seals etc.
