Does it have the 4 studs to be able to put a cap on it and hook up the discharge hose? Not clear in the pictures and not mentioned in the write up.

The Bristol Double RV Waste Valve # 34466NDHR19AAA that you referenced does not have bayonet fittings for hoses to attach to like you are asking about. All of the fittings are designed to fit over sewer hose and permanently install with solvent like # 3447530889.
