The closest tandem fender setup we have to the part # HP54VR that is 10 inches wide is the part # HP74VR which is 10-3/4 inches wide and 72 inches long.

Hey Reid, so the tandem axle trailer fender part #HP74VR is going to be your closest option and as long as you are okay with it being a little taller and longer it would fit and work great. There's no reason it wouldn't work though.
