How Does Prodigy P2 Brake Controller Install in 2008 Chevy Suburban

I am looking for a wiring harness to connect a prodigy P2 to my 2008 suburban.

Your 2008 Chevy Suburban has brake controller wiring under the dash of it to install a Prodigy P2 part # 90885 but there isn't a port there for a connector to plug into and instead has 4 blunt cut wires.
