We only have one dedicated bike rack designed to carry a trike, the SeaSucker Trike Rack for 1 Trike - Wheel Mount - Vacuum Cup Mounted, part # 298-BD1005. It is designed to be attached to a vehicle's naked roof.
Our best option would be to tow your trike in an utility trailer. You can use something like the Detail K2 Mighty Multi Utility Trailer - 6' Long - 1,295 lbs, part # K2MMT4X6. It will have plenty of room for your trike.
If your vehicle has a trailer hitch, you may be able to carry your trike in one of our hitch cargo baskets. It will depend on the dimensions of your trike. The Surco 2-Bike Carrier For Vans and RV's, part # SP501BR, you attached to your question has arms that are too short for both wheels of a trike. They are only 16" in length. This is shorter than the width between the rear wheels of an adult trike.
