The 4 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern that you referenced is not very common. I'm sorry to say it is also not among the configurations we have available for 13 inch wheels. From what I have found, this style is an old automotive bolt pattern that will be difficult to find.
I recommend measuring your bolt pattern to verify that it is 4 on 4-1/2. See the helpful article below which outlines how to measure wheel bolt patterns. We do have 13" x 5" wheels with a 4 on 4 inch bolt pattern available, such as the Aluminum HWT Series S5 Trailer Wheel # AM22322HWTB.
If you find that your bolt pattern is in fact 4 on 4-1/2, the best solution may be to replace your existing hubs so you have a common bolt pattern. In order to replace the hubs, you will need to find the the axle capacity, along with the inner and outer bearing numbers.
