Does Use of High Low Adapter When Flat Towing Require Longer Umbilical Adapter
Question:
Looking into purchasing the Roadmaster Falcon All-Terrain tow bar and the Curt C59KR adapter to tow my 15 Equinox. Will a 6 foot long 7 pin to 6 pin cord be long enough for this set up? Thank you.

Expert Reply:
The additional length added by the Curt High Low Adapter # C59KR that you referenced would not cause a 6 foot 6-way to 7-way adapter to be too short. I am not totally sure which you had in mind but we do have the Blue Ox part # BX88206 which is coiled and can expand to 7 feet. Since the coils are basically spring loaded it keeps tension in the adapter to prevent it from dragging.
