The spacer washers you mention, for your Pro Series Weight Distribution System # PS49901 (NLA), are 1/2", and have an outer diameter of 1". We do carry them, and you can get them here # 3306.

I believe you are describing the #3305 weight distribution system pin that carries the hardened washers that control the tilt of the w/d head. The washers are part #3306. You can see this in the diagram I provided.
