Replacement Leaf Spring Hanger that is 1-1/2 inch From Trailer Frame to Hole Center

I have an atv trailer that Im rebuilding due to broken frame and side metal. The spring hangers are 1-1/2inch long, 1-3/4inch high and from the frame to the middle of the bolt hole looks like 1-3/16. The spring is 1-3/4inch wide.
