To flat tow your 2022 Ram 3500 behind your 2021 NeXus RV Ghost 36DS Class C Motorhome you'll need a tow bar, base plate, tow bar wiring kit, braking system, and safety cables. I have the following recommendations for you:
Tow Bar: etrailer XHD Non-Binding Tow Bar for Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate # e84ZR. This tow bar features non-binding latches and as well as telescoping, self-supporting arms make for fast, easy hookup or disconnection no matter what terrain you're on. The adjustable head tilts up or down 3" to keep tow bar parallel with road during towing and has a built-in 1-1/2" rise or drop shank for additional adjustability to help reduce the need for a high/low adapter. This tow bar is also going to include safety cables so you won't have to purchase them separately.
Base Plate: Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-522204-5. These direct-connect attachment points offer a quick and easy hookup/disconnect from the tow bar. The removable arms offer a clean factory look when not in use.
Tow Bar Wiring Kit: Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 4-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15247. This diode kit allows you to use your Ram 3500's tail lights and wiring system while preventing feedback from your RV.

This truly proportional braking system uses the air pressure from your RV's brakes to apply the brakes in your towed car in the same manner. This means that it will directly match the pressure you put on the brake pedal of your motorhome to the brake pedal of your Ram. This system is one of the more low-profile designs and installs out of the way, but is always at the ready. The included wireless braking monitor will notify you when the brakes are being applied in your Ram so that you never have to question whether or not they are working.
