I have a solution but the gooseneck attachment point for the turnover ball systems isn't available for individual sale. You will need to purchase the Replacement Base for B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - 20,000 lbs item # BWRVB3500 to convert your Companion 5th wheel hitch so it is compatible with the B&W Turnover Ball System

The only way to use your existing Companion 5th wheel hitch with your new 2018 Ram 2500 with the factory prep package is to replace the base with #BWRVB3600. This base will accept the head that you already have and it will mount in the factory…

Yes, the B and W Companion base part #BWRVB3500 does work with all Turnoverball gooseneck hitches. This is just the base. For a complete hitch you'd need the part #BWRVK3500.
