Yes, the TireMinder A1AS TPMS for RVs and Trailers # TM69FR is just what you need. This TPMS will monitor your RV's tire pressure and temperature and use Bluetooth to wirelessly send updates to the LCD monitor or through your smartphone or tablet via the app. The system includes a repeater to boost the signal between the sensors and screen.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
