Replace a missing Thule key with this equivalent part.Unfortunately this key did NOT work for my Sears 20-SV cargo carrier with a A108 lock. I tried “tapping” the key into the lock as recommended and it still will it not work. Was told this was the replacement key I needed. Tried everything I could and no luck.

Wow, this company really understands customer service. I ordered the wrong product (I was in a rush) and when I called them to share my error, the customer service person not only quickly rectified it, but sent me several follow-up emails to let me know that all was well, when I could expect the correct product, and then another email letting me know it was on its way. Telephone service and email service were efficient, friendly, and definitely focused on my needs and my convenience.

I bought this hoping it would fit a Y002 branded lock cylinder on a Harbor Freight universal roof crossbar. It did not. No fault of the seller, I knew it was a gamble. There is obviously more than one brand of lock cylinder with the Y002 designation.
They did a great job communicating and letting us know when it shipped, and making it easy for us to track during shipping.
I had a SEARS SPORT 20-SV (roof top cargo carrier )with lock numbers 2818 right above where you insert the key. I just added the letter (N) before the. So I ordered N2818 and it worked perfectly!! Two day shipping was right on time.
The key worked thats for the excellent service will tell my family and friends.
