The best option we offer to replace torsion axles are the Timbren Axle-Less systems, and there is a 7,000 lb capacity set:

- Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System - Spindle w/ Brake Flange - Regular Tires - 7K # TASR7KS01

The 7k Timbren # TASR7KS01 don't offer a lift, however, and there isn't a 7k capacity that has a lift. The highest-rated Timbren set we have with a lift are the 5,200 lb capacity Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System - 4" Lift Spindle w/ Brake Flange # TASR5200S03.

You may be able to use this depending on what the GVWR of your trailer is since it sounds like a conversion. I'm not sure if it is a tandem axle or singe axle but the capacity of the Timbrens should meet or exceed the GVWR.

If either of these will work for you application, you would also need hubs, depending on which you go with. Either the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 5,200-lb E-Z Lube Axle # 8-201-5UC3-EZ or Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 7K lb E-Z Lube Axle # 42866UC3-EZ.
