With the information you provided, I did some research on your Lippert axles. Even though I could not find the exact Lippert model you have, we can definitely narrow down compatible electric brakes for your 3500 pound axles. If you currently have hubs installed, I recommend the Electric Trailer Brake Kit - 10" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 3,500 lbs # AKEBRK-35. With these brakes, they come with adjuster plugs and e-coated backing plates to resist rust/corrosion.

Depending on the your current axles, you need a standard 4-hole brake flange. I went ahead and attached a product page that shows our current available brake flanges.

Once the brakes are installed, you also need a brakeaway kit like the Hopkins # 20400 for safety just in case the trailer gets disconnected. As far as trailer wiring, I recommend setting up your trailer with the 7-Way Molded Trailer Wire Connector, 6' Long # H20044. To have a brake controller, the easiest setup is with the Curt Echo # C51180. In addition to the simple installation, the Echo gives you the ability to monitor your brakes with your smart phone.

If you need hubs to accommodate the brakes, it really depends on the bolt pattern of your wheels. For instance, if you have the common 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern, I recommend the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3,500-lb Axles # 84546UC3 (for standard spindles) or the Easy Grease Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K (if you have EZ lube spindles). Both of these hubs are compatible with the # AKEBRK-35.
