I have a solution for you but there are no Tri-Ball type mounts for a 1-1/4" hitch receiver. To get the 5-3/4" drop/rise you will want the Curt Drawbar for 1-1/4" Hitches item # C45028. This fixed ball mount has a 5-3/8" Rise and a 6" Drop. It is 5-9/16" long and has a 2,000 lbs capacity.
To match the tri-ball feature for ease and convenience, we have the Convert-A-Ball Interchangeable Ball Set - 1-7/8", 2" Balls - 3/4" Shank - Stainless item # 802b. The Convert-a-Ball makes changing our for another ball size easy just remove the integrated pin and replace with whatever size hitch ball you need. I have attached a picture to demonstrate this feature.
