There is not a harness like the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118727 that will plug into the factory tail lights on your 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee and work without a power wire running to the battery. Your Jeep needs the powered converter as the factory wiring in your Jeep is not able to safely run additional trailer lights without risking damage to the factory wiring.

For many older vehicles it was never an issue but as manufacturers today have reduced the wiring to only what is needed for the vehicle system you can no longer tie into them this way.
