Looking for 7 pin wiring harness for 2020 Rav4 with trailer brake. Finding 4 pin flat plug setup but no 7 pin. Will this setup work for the application? TK57VR

You can definitely add a 7-way to your 2020 Toyota RAV4, but there isn't a plug-in style, as the part number you mentioned is for a Toyota Highlander. Though the vehicles are from the same manufacturer, parts are different for them.
So to add a 7-way for a brake controller to your '20 RAV4, you will need to do some wiring, and for that you'd need start with the 4-way you mentioned, and then add a 7-way. I'll go ahead and list the correct parts for you below:
- Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56434
- Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller # ETBC7
