Hitch Receiver and Wiring Harness for a 2022 Ford Escape Hybrid

I am looking for a trailer hitch recommendation for a 2022 Ford Escape Hybrid. I am not sure which one does or doesn't fit the hybrid.

I would be happy to help you. The hitch you are going to want for your 2022 Ford Escape Hybrid is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" item # C23FR. This custom fit hitch bolts directly onto your Escape's frame with included hardware and requires no drilling or welding. I have attached a picture and an installation video so you can see what this hitch looks like installed.
If you are going to be towing a trailer you will need a wiring harness to control your trailer's lighting functions. I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector item # TE54FR. This custom-fit T-One connector plugs into your vehicle's wiring harness, which is located in the rear cargo area. It does not require any cutting or splicing of wires.
To round out your towing setup I recommend the Curt Towing Starter Kit for 2" Hitches item # C45534. This towing kit will provide you with a 2" ball and a fixed ball mount with a 3/4" rise and 2" drop. It also includes a hitch pin and clip, hitch receiver lock with keys, hitch cover, and a storage case.
