Availability of Sway Control Option for Multiple Trailers

Question:

I rent trailers. How can I connect this to the rental trailer without drilling. Is there a bracket that can be attached?

The Reese Friction Sway Control Kit must be installed using the included self tapping screws. It is not possible to use a bracket or clamp it on in a way that would allow you to use it on a variety of rental trailers.

Your only real option would be to use a weight distribution hitch with sway control like the Reese Steadi-Flex Weight Distribution System w/ Sway Control # RP66559. This system is for trailer tongue weights from 500-1,000 lbs, which gives you a wide range to work with. It uses clamp on brackets so it could install on different rental trailers without a problem. You could also purchase and swap out different spring bars if you needed a different rating depending on the trailer. You would also need the # A-90 for a 2" hitch ball or # 19286 for a 2-5/16" hitch ball.

I have attached a review video for your reference.
