Will Curt Trailer Hitch Fit 2015 Mercedes-Benz GL450 With Driver Assist Package

2015 MB GL450. Just purchased. Want to install Curt hitch. Car is equipped with option 997 Driver assist Package DISTRONIC PLUS with PRE SAFE Brake, Active Blind spot assist, Active Lane keeping assist. Will this be a issue for towing? Thank you

The driver assist package will not affect towing on your 2015 Mercedes-Benz GL450. The only thing that will affect the fit of the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13190 on your GL450 is if it has the Active Curve System, which based on my research, the assist package does not include, though you'll want to verify this to make sure.
So as long as you do not have the Active Curve System, you can install and use the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13190.
Since you will be towing you will also need trailer wiring, with the correct fit for your GL450 (assuming you do not have the tow package) being the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness w/ 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 119250KIT.
