For your Sears X-Cargo cargo box 300.7261 you can use latch # 03347 that you have referenced. This latch fits many versions of the Sears X-Cargo boxes.

It's a newer style of latch, but Thule has said that their replacement latch part #03347 that you referenced has been confirmed to work on the older Sears X Cargo Carriers like what you have.
