The wiring I recommend for your 2022 Kia Telluride is the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # CU94FR. This will provide you with the 4-way wiring connector you are needing and will require no cutting, splicing or tapping for installation. I have attached a video that goes over the installation of this wiring harness.
If you are needing a ball mount, you can pick up the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900. This will provide you with 2 different ball mounts, 2 different hitch balls, 2 pin and clips and a storage bag.
