You do not need to make any extra adjustments after the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System w Electric Brake Hubs - 4" Drop Spindle - 3,500 lbs # A35RD545E have been installed.

However if the frame on your trailer itself is warped or in some way out of alignments or square you would need to make some adjustments.

Timbren does make a 3,500 lb version of their axle less systems that has a 4 inch lift built into it. For that you'd want the part #ASR35HDS02. This is basically exactly what you listed wanting so this would be a great solution for you.
