Can Retrax Locking Tonneau Cover be Opened From the Inside if Key is Lost

If I lose the key can I open the tailgate and unlock it that way?

The lock core is hidden within the lock assembly for the RetraxPRO MX Hard Tonneau Covers, like part # RTT-80383 that fits your 2022 F-250 6-3/4' bed, so if you were to lose the key then you can use the Replacement Lock Assembly with Keys # RTX25QR to use that function again, but you wouldn't be able to unlock it from the inside. I confirmed all of this with my contact at Retrax.

The key number your Retrax tonneau cover uses will be stamped on the lock core itself. If it does take the R601 key, then you'd need the Replacement Keys for RetraxONE and RetraxPRO Lockable Tonneau Covers #RTX56XR for a replacement.
