Yes we do, The Universal Wiring Adapter for Curt Trailer Brake Controllers, part # C51515, is designed to work with Curt Trailer Brake Controllers on vehicles without a factory brake control wiring harness. These wires will have to be spliced into your vehicle's existing wiring, so there should be no issue with your 2004 Toyota Tacoma.
