I am looking for your recommendation as to which trailer hitch and wiring harness are going to be the best for my 2022 Acura MDX?

I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C22HR as the best receiver for your 2022 Acura MDX. This receiver has a hidden cross tube with a design that does not require you to have to trim the rear fascia on your MDX. That will make it much easier for the at home DIY installer to fit the receiver.
The Vehicle Wiring Harness # C59236 will give you a 4-way flat connector. The Curt Easy Mount Bracket # C58001 will provide you with a secure mounting point for the 4-way that does not require you to drill holes in your bumper fascia.
