Question:
I have an eagle lift-gate on my 1989 F-250 4x4. What is the measurement from the bottom of the frame to the top of the receiving tube for this model 41004?

I contacted Draw-Tite about the Class III Max-E-Loader Trailer Hitch, item # 41004. Draw-Tite informed me that the measurement they have is 5-3/4 inches from the mounting location to the top of the receiver tube that the drawbar slides into.
I do have the following hitches in stock for your truck and measured the distance from the top of the receiver tube to where it mounts to the frame and got the following dimensions.
Class III Max-Frame Trailer Hitch, item # 75038 is 5-1/4 inches from the mounting location.
Curt Class IV Trailer Hitch , item # 14001, is 5-1/2 inches from the mounting location.
I do not have any information available on whether any of the hitches will work with the Eagle Lift Gate.
