How Can I Carry A Fat Bike And Regular Bike With One Thule UpRide

Good evening, Will the TH599000-FB bike rack fit a standard size bike in addition to a fat bike?

The Thule UpRide Roof Bike Rack for Fat Bikes - Wheel Mount - Clamp On or Channel Mount - Aluminum, part # TH599000-FB, will carry bikes with tire widths between 3" - 5". In addition, the wheel strap is longer on this UpRide for fat bikes. If you want to use one rack for two bikes, my solution would be to get the Thule UpRide Roof Bike Rack - Wheel Mount - Clamp On or Channel Mount - Aluminum, part # TH599000, which will work with traditional sized wheels. Then you should get the Fat Bike Adapter for Thule UpRide Roof Bike Rack, part # TH599100. Now you can switch the wheel strap when you need to carry your fat bike or vice versa.
If you wanted to carry two bikes, one fat tire and the other regular, you would get one regular UpRide and one Fat Bike UpRide.
