For flat-towing your 4x4 2022 Chevy Colorado with adaptive cruise control, you will need a base plate, a tow bar, a tow braking system, safety chains, and vehicle tow wiring. Here's a setup of the following parts you need:

- Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # RM37VR
- Roadmaster BlackHawk 2 All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar - 2" Hitch # RM-422
- Blue Ox 7' Safety Cables - 10,000 lbs # BX88197
- Demco SBS Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System - Proportional # SM99251
- Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-152-1676-7

The great thing about the Roadmaster Direct-Connect base plate kit is that is simply installs into your Colorado's chassis without interfering with your adaptive cruise control. It comes with all required hardware. As far as the Blackhawk 2, it allows for you to easily release your vehicle even in uneven ground and simply slides into the RV's hitch receiver without the need of a ball mount. The Blue Ox Safety Cables will be able to support up to 10,000 pounds of weight (which is plenty for your 4,730 pound vehicle). In addition, you will also receive the proportional action of the SBS Stay-IN-Play which applies the Colorado's brakes at the same level that you apply the brakes to your RV. With the diode kit, this will allow you to connect your RV's tail, brake, and turn signal lights to your Colorado's lighting system.

This setup will give you everything you need in order to flat-tow your 2022 Chevy Colorado. If you need any assistance installing any of these parts, I went ahead and linked videos that walk you through the process.
