Recommended Disc Brake Conversion for AL-KO 5,200 Lb Axle

I own a 2003 Sportsman fifth wheel trailer model 2457. It has the dual Al-Co 5200 lb. axles with 12 electric brake drums with 16 wheels installed. I am considering upgrading to disc brakes Could you please recommend all necessary parts which are required to do these upgrades and conversion. Please include as much detail as possible. Thank you

The Kodiak Disc Brake Kit part # K2HR526D will work great on AL-KO 5,200 Lb Axles, you'll just need one kit per axle. The HydraStar Electric-Hydraulic Actuator part # CAR-HBA16-2 and Bearing Kit for Trailer Brakes with 12" Hub/Rotor part # DBRKHW6 would then finish out the parts requirements. The brakes will be a bolt-on swap, you'll just have to run lines from the assemblies to the actuator and wire this up but aside from that it should be pretty straight forward.

Grease seal set #RG06-050 is what you will need. These are double lip seals, just like what you have (the spring indicates that) and the dimensions are all the same including the 1/2 inch width.
