For your 2022 Hyundai Tucson I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C94WR. This hitch is a bolt on design and has a gloss black powder coat finish over protective base coat that is known to last longer than that of its competitors to offer superior rust resistance. This hitch is made in the US and faces stricter quality control testing than that of its competitors as well.
Your Tucson only has a 2,000lb towing capacity but it would still be beneficial to install a 4-pole trailer connector for any towing accessories, like bike rack lights, or if you have a small enough trailer. For this I recommend the T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # CU94FR. This custom-fit T-Connector plugs into your vehicle's wiring harness, which is located behind the driver's-side interior trim panel in your rear cargo area.
Once installation is complete, the 4-way flat connector will be stowed in an out-of-the-way location within your cargo area or mounted to the hitch or bumper using the Mounting Bracket 4-Pole Flat # 18144.
For a great starter ball mount kit I recommend the etrailer Ball Mount Kit for 2" Hitches - 7,500lbs # 989900. It comes with a 1-7/8" Ball and 2" Ball to allow you to tow multiple trailers. It has a 1" or 3" rise and a 2" or 4" drop to keep your trailer level while towing.
