My 5th wheel recommendation for your 2022 Ford F-250 Super Duty with the tow prep package is the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Hitch w/ Slider - Single Jaw - Ford Super Duty Prep Package - 18K, part # DM8550024. This 5th wheel hitch will attach to the factory installed towing prep package. You will still have full access to your truckbed when this 5th wheel hitch is removed. It has three height settings to fit a variety of 5th wheels.
