When installing the Curt Echo wireless brake controller C51180, which circuit breaker from the ETBC7 wiring kit should be used kit comes with a 20, 30, 40 AMP breaker. Vehicle is a 2019 Toyota Highlander. Thanks

Installation of the Curt # C51180 Echo wireless brake controller calls for the use of a 30 amp breaker that comes with the # ETBC7. This is also the appropriate breaker for the 10 gauge wire used to run power to the 7-way.

We have isolators like the Deka part #DW08771 which was designed for this situation. It will charge both batteries while also keeping them separate which means they wouldn't be in parallel.
