Installing The Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit And A Demco SBS Delta Force Breakaway Switch
Question:
Ive installed the Battery Charge Line Kit, RM-156-25, on my 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. My understanding is I wont need to install the charge line kit that came with the Delta Force Braking system. My question is, how/where do I connect the red wire from the breakaway switch? Does this connect to the gold post on the charge line kit? Or the silver post? Or somewhere else?

The Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-156-25 is going to have a wire from the center terminal of your Jeep's 6-way to the gold post (BAT) of the breaker and from the silver post (AUX) of the breaker to the positive terminal on your Jeep's battery.
The Demco SBS Delta Force Portable Supplemental Braking System is going to have a wiring harness with a black wire which will need to be spliced together with the blue wire from your breakaway. The orange/black wire from the breakaway will need to be attached to the positive post of the Jeep's battery.
These two systems will not be connected. I have attached some installation videos to help walk you through the process of installing these yourself.
