The Curt Custom Underbed OEM-Style Gooseneck Trailer Hitch - 30,000lbs # C60700 is going to install directly over the rear axle of your 2022 Ford F-250 Super Duty. This best allows the hitch weight of the trailer to be evenly distributed across the rear suspension giving you the best support.
If you already have a factory 7-way but need one in the bed of your truck I recommend installing the Bargman 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness for Aluminum Truck Bed - 7 Way RV - 9' Long # 50-97-410-010.
