Because they're manufactured here in the US, and really high quality, I typically recommend the B&W Companion 5th wheel hitch. The hitch uses a dampened hitch head and 1 inch thick jaws that grip the king pin super tight, so it can't move about in the hitch, causing rattling and banging.
Does your truck have the tow/prep package with the pucks in the truck bed? If so, I can highly recommend the B&W # BWRVK3300 Companion 5th wheel hitch. You might need to make a slight initial adjustment, but once everything's dialed in you'll be able to install or remove the hitch in just a couple of minutes.
If you don't have the puck system, B&W offers a Companion hitch for that scenario as well. You'll first need to install their Turnover Ball gooseneck hitch, part # BWGNRK1116-5W. Once that's installed, it can be used as a mount for the # BWRVK3500-5W Companion hitch. This setup will provide you with tons of flexibility, you'll be able to easily tow both 5th wheel and gooseneck trailers. Unlike a typical rail-mounted hitch, once the 5th wheel hitch is removed, the bed will be completely unobstructed.
If you don't already have one, you can install a 7-way trailer connector in the truck bed using part # C57008.
