The Truxedo Stack Pocket Covers part # TX22AR are a fit for your 2021 Ram 3500 long bed. They are only sold in packs of 4 so you'd have to order a quantity of two and would have a couple spares.

My TruXedo representative confirms that the #TX22AR Stake Pocket Covers are indeed compatible with the factory installed black plastic covers on the tops of the bed sides.
