We actually have a Curt weight distribution system similar to the # C17500 that has shorter spring bars with the ShortArm kit part # C17332 which has the same weight rating and spring bars that are 28-3/8 inch which would work great with the dimensions you need.

You can easily add friction sway control to the Shortarm with the part # 17200.

You'd need to go with a Short Arm Curt weight distribution system like the part #C17330 which has a 600 lb tongue weight max, the #C17331 for if you need an 800 lb max TW rating, or #C17332 for if you need a 1,000 lb tongue weight max system. The…
