I have another recommendation as our etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98854 is only rated for up to 400lbs of tongue weight when equipped with a carrier like the Black Widow that you are considering. Currently there are no other receivers available with a higher capacity for a carrier.

I recommend using a Detail K2 Mighty Multi A-Frame Utility Trailer # K2MMT5X7. This trailer has a bed that is 88" long and 52" wide which will be able to haul your two bikes that weigh 400lbs. Since the trailer is rated for 1,640lbs you will also be able to carry additional cargo in the trailer that will keep the weight out of your 2013 Chrysler Town and Country.

To pull the trailer you will still need the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98854 installed on your Chrysler. You will also need a Curt Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56331 to control the lights on the trailer, and a Ball Mount # 40202 with 2" hitch ball # A-90. The ball mount has a 2-3/4" rise which when added to the 13-1/4" receiver height that we had when installed on a similar 2013 Chrysler Town and Country will give you the 16" coupler height that matches the Detail K2 trailer.

I have linked installation videos below for both the receiver and the wiring harness on your Chrysler so that you can see what all is involved with the installation. If you have any further questions please feel free to reach back out to me anytime and I would be more than happy to further assist you in your towing endeavors.
