Im looking to purchase the fishing rod holder. But Im unsure about my crossbars. 2016 Outback. They have a slight curve to them. Will this system still work with them?

Yes it will fit. The Rhino-Rack Ski and Snowboard Carrier item #RR576 fits crossbars up to 3-3/4" wide x 7/8" tall. This carrier fits square, aero, elliptical, and most factory crossbars. I have linked a review video below.

Hey Tim! Yes, the Rhino-Rack Ski and Fishing Rod Carrier #RR572 will fit the older Thule square crossbars. While this kit does come with T-Slot hardware, it also has the clamps which is what you'll use for the square crossbars.
