Aesthetically, the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver item # 76290 is going to be the best hitch receiver for your 2022 Honda Passport. It features a hidden cross-tube that keeps the main support concealed behind your bumper trim. This leaves just the 2" receiver visible. I have attached a picture of the Draw-Tite item # 76290 installed on a Honda Passport so you can see what the final product will look like. This hitch receiver has a maximum gross trailer weight of 6,000 lbs and a maximum tongue weight of 900 lbs.
I also recommend the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector item # C56291.
