For your application I recommend going with the Thule Force XT XXL Rooftop Cargo Box # TH6359B because it has 22 cu ft of cargo space, so it can handle up to 215 cm skis, and it has the Black AeroSkin finish so it looks like a matte black box. Matte black finishes tend to do a better job of hiding scuffs and scratches from road debris and they look a little more durable in general which is why I like them.

Thank you for the additional info! Keeping that in mind we do have a handful of options that will clear your hatch and still work with your 178 cm (about 70") skis. For a cost-effective box that will get the job done we have the Malone Cargo16 # MPG902. Something more middle-of-the-road is the Inno Shadow 16 # INBRA1210BK. Top-of-the-line we have the Yakima CBX # Y66FR. All 3 are large enough for your skis to fit and will allow your hatch to open, but the Inno Wedge Plus # INBRM864MBK will give you the most hatch clearance.
