I spoke to Thule and the Annex TH8002AN805 is meant to be mounted 81 to 84 inches off the ground when adding it to the Tepui Kukenam 4 Rooftop Tent TH8001KXL05. You can get away with your measurement being a little lower than this, but you will have some excess at the bottom.
