Why Isn't The Demco SBS DUO Supplemental Braking System Activating When At A Stand Still

When you press the pedal in the motorhome while sitting still why doesnt the pedal in my jeep go down?

The Demco SBS Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System - Proportional # SM99251 has an inertia sensor that detects deceleration and signals the system to activate the brake pedal with a proportionate amount of pressure. Because of this if you're sitting at a stand still and trying to test the system it will not activate. I recommend slowly rolling through your neighborhood to test the braking function of the system.
