If you already have the discontinued Podium Platform Feet 460 for the fixed mounting points on your 2008 Honda CR-V, the fit kit you need is the Fit Kit for Thule Podium-Style Roof Rack Feet- 3042 # THKIT30423042. I confirmed with Thule that this is the correct fit kit you need for your older Thule square crossbars.
