It seams this helps with truck squat and payload sway but will it also resist travel trailer sway as well?

The SuperSprings Custom Suspension Stabilizer and Sway Control Kit item # SSA28 are great for reducing squat and sway in your 2018 Ford F-150. They have a 1,500-lbs capacity and The tapered springs provide a soft, comfortable ride even when unloaded.
The helper spring flexes with the leaf spring to limit bouncing while providing increased stability. To address the issue with your travel trailer swaying I recommend you add a weight distribution system with sway control.
